Social Security Compliments or Complaints
Let the Social Security (SSA) know how you feel about your experience.
When applying for Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) benefits or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits, you may want to let the Social Security (SSA) know how you feel about your experience. The SSA has made two electronic forms available for you to let them know your feedback.
Compliments:
If you were impressed with the SSA and the way they handled your SSDI or SSI disability claim, you should let them know that they are doing a good job. Too often people only leave feedback when they are disappointed with a service. It is always nice to hear some positive feedback. To fill out the compliment form, visit this site: https://www.ssa.gov/feedback/compliments.htm.
Complaints:
If you were disappointed with the SSA and the way they handled your SSDI or SSI disability claim, you should let them know about your experience. Your expressions of concern help the SSA decide how to improve their programs and service. To fill out the complaint form, visit this site: https://www.ssa.gov/feedback/complaints.htm
Do not use these forms to ask questions about your claim for benefits; these forms are only used to leave feedback about your experience.
